Self awareness holds the key to unlock our best self. While we know it how do we do it is the Question? Self awareness comes from a sense of being present.

Are there any tools that can ramp up the process? Look no further, the tool that we have is ridiculously simple. It is called Journal Writing. [ Robin Sharma Preaches it so well ]

We do have many thoughts & emotions that run through us at a super rapid pace every day and if we aspire to a superior life and a level at which the rare air players play we need to be fucking self aware of ourselves. How do we capture these emotions — Journal It.

The best use for your writing will be a Journal. Writing this with great passion and humility will get you into your clear state.

Recently I had a very very rough day — what could possibly go wrong went wrong. A long standing payment from one of my client with more than a year of impasse, A business contract not going the way I would like to, Client dropping off at last minute — Not a great day at all. When I sat and started writing my Journal — I started with the title gratitude notes : “An unexpected gesture by a Security Guard” was what made me realize that there are good things in store. I could only recollect this experience because I started writing purposefully. Else this good deed by the guard would not even have registered and that day in my calendar would have been marked as a day not to remember.

You will stop getting mad and angry.

I was so mad that journalling actually helped me to make peace with my self. It is a therapy for which you do not have to pay to a therapist. Imagine what can a anger free mind can do.

Journal and have your very own therapist.

Better your self.

This is one thing that we all aspire to be “Better ourselves Daily” and if we do not have a log book to look back, we will not know if we are moving forward or worse we will start falling in love with Status Quo. Journal and Better your self. The impact is far reaching. A better person makes a better father, a better son, a better lover and will make the world a better place. It is hard so go #DoHardThingsFirst.
